Adam is a hands-on Managing Director, truly passionate about resolving conflict between employers and employees, as professionally and promptly as possible. Adam has an extensive background in HR management, employment relations and operations management, in both New Zealand and Australia. 

James Wilson

Consultant

James is our resident Consultant. 

James has expert knowledge of NZ employment relations and its practical application.  He provides guidance to bossed ER Managers dealing with complex issues and is also available to consult with employer clients, providing specialist services and strategic advice as required.

Since 2005, Nadia has been in HR management and in executive leadership roles. Having been in Human Resources Management and Executive Leadership roles since 2005, Nadia brings professionalism and understanding to all aspects of employment relations.  She is dedicated to getting the best for her clients, whether they are employees or employers.  

Amy De-La Cruz

Employment Relations Manager

Amy holds a PGDipBus majoring in Human Resources Management from the University of Auckland. She specialises in supporting

people while they are going through complex grievance cases

Having run her own ER consultancy she understands the complexities of owning a business and going above and beyond for her clients.

Sarah Morton-Johnson

Employment Relations Manager

Sarah was born across the ditch and started her career in Melbourne.

She completed a Business Studies Degree majoring in HR Management at Massey University.

She enjoys helping SMEs implement better HR practices, has vast experience with unions and describes herself as a generalist whose real drive is pragmatic HR solutions.

With over 20 years of HR experience, including roles in senior leadership, Sarah is passionate about making sure that people are treated fairly.   

Sarah enjoys the variety of working in employment relations and being able to illustrate how great people management can add value to a business and affect the bottom line.

Employment Relations Manager

Stephen has 17 years of HR and employment relations experience, bringing a strong background in law, and having consulted across many industries. He thoroughly enjoys representing clients at Mediation and the Employment Relations Authority, and has learned the importance of getting early settlements, allowing clients to move on with their lives.

Alison Molloy

Employment Relations Manager

Alison was born in England, and moved to New Zealand in 1972.

She brings 30 years experience with people, having worked in a variety of senior roles, assisting employees and emloyers.

Alison cares about justice and is driven by this to ensure the best result for her clients.
