Adam was initially hired to run a Capability and Capacity Audit reviewing each member of staff’s Role and Responsibility. Through his unique ability to positively engage in a grounded fashion and his tenacity in understanding the formal and informal organisation, it soon became clear that his perspective and judgment would lead to him playing a key role in the turnaround and restructure of the business.


During this 6 months interim period, Adam advised on the structure and composition of a new Leadership Team and was central to the hiring and creation of a new 30-strong Field Operations Team. Similarly, without a foundation of suitable process and procedures, Adam started to create an Operating HR Team by hiring staff and creating policies and structure including accurate job descriptions, appraisal systems and company-wide standard operating procedures for our People. Adam engaged throughout the organisation and was successful in developing many people aspects of the business, especially his own team and Operations. It should be noted that his endeavour was widely appreciated across the Pizza Hut Global System. Adam was in constant dialogue with the Regional Team and presented to the Global Executive Team and International President.


If Adam had not been establishing his business, he certainly would have been retained as Chief People and Capability Officer.
